Of course these are all things that could be in the profile of the hosts, but it would be nice to have some granular search options in the “filter” section!

1. Decor: Is it minimal? Midcentury modern? Baroque?
2. Owner engagement: Some people just want to be left alone while others crave more interaction with the owner
3. History of house or building: Is the apartment where a famous writer used to live?
4. Rental exclusive: Is the unit a place someone lives or is it used exclusively for short-term rentals?
5. Public transportation: Is there public transportation nearby?
